ONCE UPON A TIME
MANY YEARS AGO.
Almost 10 years ago I stepped away from the day to day operations, retiring from my own successful company, abandoning my baby, the one focus I poured my blood sweat and tears into for four long years.
“Why” you ask? Join the club of fellow entrepreneurs who have asked me for the last 8 years, with a certain astonishment, that same one word question. “How did you do that?”
My answer was nothing short of poetic and simple - “because I had to”. Traveling 200 plus days a year across the US can do that to you. Burn Out I believe is the “official” term.
My answer today is a bit different and you might find it reflected in your own journey.
The lessons learned through many failures and multiple successes, plus a good amount of reflection, have become the foundation for The Missing Link and its timeless systems.
There are many steps to this involved process, none of which are rocket science, nor do I lay claim to having cracked the “entrepreneurial dilemma”.
What I do lay claim to is the hard work, a fair amount of sleepless nights and feeling completely overwhelmed most of the time and worrying about 100’s of things at a time.
All of the above principles played a pivotal role and the experiences were necessary for me to harvest the knowledge I had gained and structure those experiences, resulting in a successful and executable system.
